Terms and Conditions

We at TressaHolic  value you as a customer. We strive as a company to meet your every expectation. So just to make sure we give you the ultimate satisfaction, please read the information below as it contains our Terms/Conditions/Policies.

Ordering

Our business hours are from Monday-Saturday 830am-600pm Est. All orders received by 530pm Est. time will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after 530pm will be shipped out the following business day (expect if the next day is a holiday). We accept orders by phone Monday-Saturday 830am- 530 pm. Please be advised that all customers will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form in order for us to take your order by phone. Once you have placed your order and it is processed, there is no way to cancel the transaction. So please make sure you are a 100% sure you are wanting the item or items your ordering. In some cases customers make mistakes and order the wrong item. That is the only way an order can be changed not canceled. And credit will be issued to the customer. WE accept credit/debit/PayPal accounts. We have a NO TOLERENCE POLICY when it comes to fraudulent transactions. We will prosecute to the fullest.

 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are a 3-4 week process. Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order. Once your order has been processed we will then give you and estimated date for when your order will be finished. When your order is in fact ready to be shipped to you. You will then receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package. Once your order is placed and processed,   we CAN NOT cancel an order under no circumstances. So please double check your order before placing it.

 

Out of Stock

If there is an issue with any item being out of stock when you have already processed your order. We will notify you by phone and or email to see if you would like a substitute or to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued back to your credit card if you decide you didn’t want the substitute item.

Shipping

All of our shipping is done through USPS. There is a 2 day-up to 1 week shipping process when shipping priority in the USA.  All shipping fees applies for both usa /international countries.We do ship internationally.Once you have decided to check out there will be an area for you to select your city and then you will see the pricing for shipping if outside of the USA. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen, if no one was home to receive your order. All customers will receive a tracking number and a date of arrival once the order has been shipped. If there is a problem and you have not received your package by your date of arrival. Please go to www.usps.com or call 1-800-275-8777 and provide your tracking number to track your package. We will do everything within means to help assist in retrieving your order. If a package cannot be retrieved because an error on USPS behalf and a once a claim form has been filed with USPS. Your order will be replaced. But please be advised this process can take up to 30 days to get resolved.

International Shipping

All international customers will be responsible for any shipping fees, additional taxes, fees or duties associated with your orders.  We at Glamtress Hair Extensions LLC will not be responsible for any seizing of any packages.

Holiday / Shipping Delays

Customers please are aware also if you place an order online and it’s a holiday your package will be mailed out once the USPS office reopens. Also if you place an order an there is a holiday the next day. Your order will be shipped once the USPS office has reopened for business. So please check your calendars before placing your orders. Especially for international Customers. Being that time zones and holiday schedules differ from country to country.    Also we are not responsible for shipping delays related to bad weather, carrier delays, or customs seizing of any packages.

Return Policy

AS we take pride in having the best hair in the business. We will correct any orders that are incorrect on our behalf. But unfortunately No refunds will be permitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All merchandise must be returned to us within 3 business days of receiving date if there is an issue with defective merchandise or an incorrect order. We will be responsible for the return and reshipping of all merchandise if we send you an incorrect order.

Exchanges

Being that we understand from time to time we may have a customer who decides they want to exchange their merchandise for something else. This is fine with us. But all hair must be returned in its original form and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees. We will then do a complete expectation of all hair returned to us before we issue an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse hair that we feel has been altered in anyway. If so we will then return your hair to you and a replacement will not be issued. Customers will then be responsible for reshipping of all merchandise. All return shipping fees will be due prior to us returning the hair. A 10% restock fee will also apply if an exchange is granted.

NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GRANTED IF……………….

1.    Hair has been cut, combed, brushed, colored, shampooed, etc.

2.    Hair has been returned after 3 days of shipping received date or in store receipt date.

3.    Not returned in its original packaging. It must be in resaleable condition.

Merchandise must be exchanged with another item equal or greater amount. If the amount is greater, customer will be responsible to pay the difference up front before we can resend the new item. For any reason equal or greater merchandise is not available and a customer has to pick a product lesser than exchanged product. Then the customer will receive store credit of the difference.

Defective Product Policy

In some but rare cases a customer may receive a product that may be defective. We as a company will do everything we can to correct the problem. But please be aware we will do a full inspection of the product before we will determine it is or is not defective. Once the hair is returned to us and inspection is done. Within 3 working days of receiving the product you will be notified by email letting you know our final decision.  Note *customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to Glamtress Extensions. But we will reship back at no cost to you. Please email us at Glamtress@GlamtressExtentions.com and request a Defective Product Form prior to shipping the hair off. We have to receive this form first before we can start the process.
